A 20th century ruby and diamond cluster ring circa 1940-1950.
This lovely ring is crafted from 18ct gold and platinum and set with a natural ruby and surrounded by a halo of diamonds. The cluster ring is a classic style which was popularised in the Edwardian and Art Deco eras however this example is likely a post world war example.
The ruby has been tested as natural example.

Stamped and tested as 18ct and Platinum.
Nice clean condition. The ruby has been re-polished by us but has some abrasion remaining on the edges of the stone (visible under magnification). The stones are secure in their settings. The ring shows evidence of being worn with others as there is some rubbing to the underside of the gallery.
